Culinary Experiences
A 7 or 15 course culinary experience curated by Michelin starred chef, Donald Young. Enjoy contemporary American cuisine with a Midwest flair influenced by Donald's upbringing in Chicago and time spent working in France. Modern meets classical techniques that focus on local & seasonal ingredients, preservation, and dry aging are woven throughout the experience.
The event location will be emailed 24-48 hours in advance. The dinner will be within 60640 area.

Private Experiences
Multi course meal that can be a collaborated effort or completely left out of your hands and a surprise for you and your guests. Menus can be 3 to 12 courses with wine pairings that can be added to elevate your experience.

Passed Bites
Small bites designed to match your cocktail experience. These bites can be arranged in your own home or a venue that you have booked. Anywhere from 4 to 6 different bites that can include dry aged duck and freshly shucked oysters.

Cooking Classes
Chef Donald can come to your house or business and teach you theory and methods of cooking. Classes can include knifes skills, stock & sauce making, butchery & fabricating, pasta making, sous vide, and dry aging in your own home.
